We’ve collated 10 of the most beautiful waterfall adventure that are near Manila. Here’s a list of 10 waterfalls that will surely make your nature trip an awesome one!

1. Hulugan Falls

Just few hours away from Manila, Hulugan Falls is perfect for those adventurous hearts who want to relax and relieve their stress. You’ll see 3 falls along the trek and an additional hidden falls. You should see it yourself and experience its natural beauty.

2. Talay Falls

It is coined to be hidden because you can’t easily see this along the trek. You have to climb through the rocks to see this wonder.

3. Aliw Falls

Aliw is a Filipino word which means “entertain”, and when you see this falls, you’ll be entertained by its natural beauty and to the sound of it flowing water. Truely a wonderful experience. Looking forward to more nature tripping!

Good news! Aliw Falls is now open to tourist after it being closed due to conflicts.

4. Cavinti/Pagsanjan Falls

This is one of my favorite falls that I’ve visited. Not only because of it’s natural beauty, but because of the feeling it gives whenever I stare at it. When we got inside the cave under this falls, it was really awesome and remarkable experience. Will surely pay another visit to this wonder, and hopefully, with you.

5. Sampaloc Falls

Sampaloc Falls is just one of the beautifalls you can visit when you hike Mt. Romelo in Siniloan, Laguna.

6. Buruwisan Falls

Standing 180ft high, this waterfall is ideal for rappelling, some visitors brings their rappelling gears and have their group rappel down from the top. The name Buruwisan Falls came from the hardwood variety that used to grow at the river of Mt. Romelo.

7. Lanzones Falls

The 70ft high Lanzones Falls, just 10mins away from Buruwisan Falls. This is where we spent the longest time and we really enjoyed swimming in its basin because it is just 6ft deep. Diving is not recommended here because of its depth.

8. Batya-Batya Falls

The Batya-batya Falls is just 20 mins away from Sampaloc Falls, which features two levels of natural pools. You can climb to the second layer of this waterfall and dive to its deep basin. Some locals even climb 20+ feet and then jumps to the first layer of the waterfall. WARNING: If you are going to attempt doing this, please do it with caution and consider your groupmates.

9. Payaran “7 Layered” Falls

Payaran Falls is located in Brgy. Mascap Rodriquez, Rizal and a nice side trip if you’ll hike Mt. Ayaas or Mt. Sipit Ulang
